This read-only ledger is operational and non-fiscal. Recognized sale is the discounted meal value before a reservation deposit credit; external tender due is the amount collected at checkout.

This workspace does not make Los Vivos fiscally live by itself. Production requires the venue’s legal identity, cryptographic certificate, ATV/Hacienda credentials, Pruebas acceptance, accountant approval, and a controlled activation.
Certificate and Hacienda credentials
Publish the legal issuer settings first. These private files are saved on the server for this restaurant and environment.
Certificate validation checks the file, PIN and expiry. Hacienda connection, document acceptance and production activation are separate checks.
